We have found a nice hotel to stay at in Oskemen during the adoption process. Its called The Shiny River Hotel. They even worked out a nice rate for us for an extended stay for the adoption. And of course we were happy that the breakfast buffet is included as well. It also has a restaurant, high speed internet, satellite television, and a sports bar. They are big hockey fans in Kazakhstan. Here is a link to their website with some additional pictures:
