Here is a picture of Almaty. Almaty is the largest city in Kazakhstan. Its a large city with over 1 Million people living there. Why do I say all this? Because today we were told we need to be there by Saturday, February 16th so we will be in our region by Monday, February 18th. We are surprised how quickly this has come after months and months of waiting. Next step....get the airline tickets!! We have a few documents to get ready as well and of course make sure we're off work and have jobs to come back to!! We are expecting this first trip to take approximately 4 weeks. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers!!
